Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Leasing & Sales Executive/Manager to lead leasing and sales activities for premium commercial developments in GIFT City. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, negotiations, and ensuring strong occupancy across commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Drive leasing and sales of commercial spaces such as offices, retail units, and co-working areas.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, investors, IPCs, and local brokers.
Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with market demand.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
Manage end-to-end leasing/sales operations including inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.
Ensure a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Marketing.
3–10 years of experience in commercial leasing/sales, preferably with Grade-A developers or IPCs.
Strong networking, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Good understanding of commercial real estate, documentation, and financial terms.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and within teams in a fast-paced environment.
