We are hiring Fresher candidates for a Voice and Non-Voice Quality Evaluation role at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

🔹 Role Objective
Evaluate pre-recorded audio calls, texts, and transcripts for Ads Quality and Compliance as per defined guidelines. Identify potential fraud, scams, phishing, or any misuse of customer-sensitive information by advertisers.

🔹 Job Details
Role: Process Executive (PE) – Quality Evaluation
Process: Non-Voice
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 2+ years experience
Fresher (PDC Certificate is mandatory)
Shift: Day Shift- Non Voice shift time - (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Voice shift time (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Work Mode: Complete Work From Office (Mon–Fri)
Job Location: GIFT City, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat
CTC: ₹2.80 LPA (PE – Fresher to 1 year candidates)
Exp:1+ years: upto 4.25 LPA, Including Variable
Cab Facility: 1 side Cab provided.

🔹 Interview Process
Screening
Versant Assessment (Minimum score: 50)
OPS Interview

🔹 Role Responsibilities
Review pre-recorded calls, texts, and messages
Obtain and validate consumer/provider information
Identify Scam / Phishing and exposure of sensitive customer data
Evaluate cases against quality & compliance parameters
Meet productivity and quality targets
Work collaboratively with internal teams

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

[Important] Good decision-making and logical reasoning ability
Knowledge of websites and online navigation
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Excel

Prior Customer Service experience is an added advantage
