Job Description – Digital Sales (On-Roll)

Company: ICICI Lombard

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Process: Inside Sales/Digital Sales

Salary

• Freshers: ₹2.10 LPA (₹12.5K in-hand) + Unlimited Incentives

• Experienced (8+ months outbound sales): Up to ₹3.79 LPA (₹27K in-hand) + Unlimited Incentives

Requirements

• Excellent communication in Hindi & English

• Graduation mandatory

• Outbound sales experience only (experience letter required)

• Insurance/sales knowledge preferred

• No collections or pure customer service profiles

Role

• Outbound calling for policy renewals

• Explain product benefits & handle objections

• Achieve retention targets and maintain quality standards

Work Details

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 5 days/week (rotational week-offs)
