Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Property Consultant to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial property transactions. The role involves property advisory, client relationship management, market analysis, and end-to-end deal closure while maintaining high ethical and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing efforts.

Conduct property showings and coordinate site visits with potential buyers/tenants.

Inspect properties to assess condition, verify details, and ensure accurate representation to clients. Identify maintenance issues, structural concerns, or discrepancies during property inspections and communicate them clearly to clients.

Negotiate and finalize property deals.

Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.

Stay updated with local property laws, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Collaborate with builders, developers, and channel partners/brokers. Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage
