Experience: 1 years in Real Estate Sales
Working Days: 6 Days a Week, working on the site over the weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins and query leads generated through ads and marketing campaigns.
Engage with potential buyers, explain project details, and conduct site visits.
Build strong client relationships and follow up effectively.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and bookings.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales transactions.
Requirements:
Proven 1 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Local market knowledge of Virar & surrounding areas preferred.
