Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through consultative selling. This role requires a balance of commercial awareness, communication skills, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable funding or financial solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal systems
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and funding products
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a focus on quality closures
Represent Nova Bridge with professionalism, clarity, and integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and offer solution-based pitches
Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with targets
Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
