KRA – Sales Manager (Air Export – Freight Forwarding)
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Ø Identify and target potential clients for air export services through cold calls, client visits, and networking.
Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue.
Ø Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure competitive pricing strategy.
Client Relationship Management
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term association.
Ø Address customer concerns, service issues, and provide timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
