Description
Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination,
Ensuring smooth order execution, and maintaining effective communication between customers, distributors, and Internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts.
The role is critical in ensuring sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations and achieve targets.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
Act as a point of contact between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
