Position- Sales Co-ordinator
Timing- 10:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Saturday
Location- Vile Parle East
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand customer base.
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Draft, send, and follow up on emails and reminders to clients.
Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
Track sales inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure order fulfillment.
Monitor outstanding payments and send reminders for collections.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain MIS for management review.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
1–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to commute to Vile Parle East from Monday to Saturday.
