Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Assistant Professor with a background in Robotics, Drones, Autonomous Systems, or related fields to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting research and innovation activities.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Robotics, Drones, Autonomous Systems, Mechatronic Systems (with robotics focus) or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum 1 year of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in robotics or drone-related domains.

• Candidates with hands-on project or lab experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in robotics, drones, and related subjects.

• Develop and update course materials in line with academic and industry standards.

• Guide student projects, internships, and research activities.

• Conduct laboratory experiments and oversee robotics/drone labs.

• Contribute to departmental and institutional academic activities.

• Support curriculum design and accreditation requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of robotics systems, UAVs/drones, sensors, actuators, and control systems.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or ROS.

• Hands-on experience with robotics kits, drone platforms, or simulation tools.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to mentor and motivate students.

• Collaborative mindset and commitment to academic excellence.

Desirable Skills (Optional)

• Experience with ROS, computer vision, AI/ML for robotics, or autonomous navigation.

• Publications or research experience in robotics or drone technology.

• Industry exposure or project-based learning experience.

• Salary and benefits will be as per interview performance and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
