Job Summary:

As a Relationship Associate in the Credit Life Channel, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with partner bank branches to drive business of credit life insurance products. This is a field-based role that includes sales, relationship management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate business for credit life insurance products.

Educate bank staff and customers about ABSLI’s credit life insurance offerings.

Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets assigned.

Coordinate with branch teams to identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Provide post-sales service and support to customers and partners.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and training sessions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of sales and customer service.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Strong relationship management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, BFSI, or related fields. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.

Age Limit: 21 – 35 years
