We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our insurance portfolio.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of life insurance products through direct sales and/or channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activity.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer retention.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 06 Months–10 years of relevant experience in Life / Health / General Insurance sales.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance sector.

• Strong understanding of insurance products.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. Pass in any discipline Preferred

• Local market knowledge and existing client base will be an advantage.
