We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join NoBroker.com, the world's largest C2C marketplace in online real estate. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our paid customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing top-notch service.

Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore
Position: Full-time | Work Mode: In-office

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with paid customers.

• Provide personalised service to help customers find the right property or tenant.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to meet customer needs.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate deals on behalf of customers.

Requirements:

• Any undergraduate qualification (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil or Telugu

• Flexible with working hours (Day shift, 6 days a week)
