Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client interactions, property consultations, market analysis, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
Ability to conduct market analysis and provide strategic solutions
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Two wheeler is compulsory.
