Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes
Assist Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Handle mise en place for the assigned section
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors for replenishment
Follow proper storage and FIFO procedures
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control
Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment
Support junior staff and maintain teamwork
