Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and investment avenues
• Drive expansion across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
2. Business Development & Investments:
• Lead land acquisition, joint ventures, and partnerships
• Evaluate and approve major real estate investments and developments
• Build relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
3. Operations Management:
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, approvals, construction, and delivery
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Optimize operational efficiency across departments
4. Financial Performance:
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
• Monitor cash flow, funding strategies, and capital allocation
5. Sales & Marketing:
• Guide branding, marketing, and sales strategies
• Ensure strong inventory movement and customer acquisition
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
6. Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws
• Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethics
• Manage risk, legal matters, and regulatory approvals
7. Leadership & Culture:
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team
•Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
• Develop succession planning and talent management strategies
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
•15–25+ years of experience in real estate, with at least 8–10 years in leadership roles
• Strong track record in real estate development, investments, and project execution
•Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and financing structures
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
