Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum handling of 20 Executives in a QA role.

• Good English communication (written & verbal).

Experience in •Motor Insurance•• is highly preferred.

• Only BPO Sales Process experience will be considered (other fields will not be

shortlisted).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls for quality and compliance.

• Provide feedback and coaching to executives to improve performance.

• Maintain QA reports and ensure process adherence.

• Work closely with team leaders and management to meet quality goals.
