Ensure no sales opportunity is ever lost by maintaining disciplined follow-ups, quotation tracking, and distributor communication while supporting the founder in deal execution.
Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets daily
Follow up with distributors, corporate clients, and prospects
Prepare and track quotations and purchase orders
Coordinate meetings and client communication
Maintain weekly pipeline status reports
Ensure zero missed follow-ups or pending leads
100% leads followed up within defined timelines
Accurate quotation and PO tracking
Clean and updated pipeline sheet at all times
Meeting scheduling and coordination without reminders
1–3 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales / account support
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Comfortable handling calls, emails, and client communication
Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
