Role Objective

Ensure no sales opportunity is ever lost by maintaining disciplined follow-ups, quotation tracking, and distributor communication while supporting the founder in deal execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets daily

  • Follow up with distributors, corporate clients, and prospects

  • Prepare and track quotations and purchase orders

  • Coordinate meetings and client communication

  • Maintain weekly pipeline status reports

  • Ensure zero missed follow-ups or pending leads


Success Metrics (Very Important)

  • 100% leads followed up within defined timelines

  • Accurate quotation and PO tracking

  • Clean and updated pipeline sheet at all times

  • Meeting scheduling and coordination without reminders


Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales / account support

  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling calls, emails, and client communication

  • Organized, reliable, and process-oriented

  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
