Customer Engagement & Sales: Approach passing shoppers proactively, qualify their needs, and deliver persuasive product presentations to close sales.
Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations (such as cooking, testing electronics, or sampling cosmetics) to showcase exactly how a product works and its benefits.
Merchandising & Display: Set up and maintain attractive promotional kiosks or display booths. Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled with correct pricing and planogram compliance.
Handling Objections: Address customer concerns regarding price, product quality, or competing brands using approved brand scripts.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand by maintaining strict grooming standards, wearing designated uniforms, and staying updated on all product specifications and features.
