📍 Locations: Bangalore ; Hyderabad
🚨 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred / 15 days notice period also fine
We are looking for motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor – Team Leaders to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities :Handle student and parent enquiries and provide admission counselling.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of admission counsellors.
Drive student enrolments and achieve monthly admission targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and enquiry-to-admission conversions.
Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
Monitor team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain student records and update CRM systems.
Handle student and parent concerns and support the team in achieving business goals.
🔹 Required Skills amp; Experience:Experience in admission counselling, education sales, or student enrolments.Previous experience in team handling or team leadership.Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and target achievement.Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
Ability to manage team performance and meet admission targets.
