Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Presales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, provide property details, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
• Share property details, pricing, and availability
• Qualify leads and maintain client database
• Schedule meetings for sales/property managers
• Support the sales team with lead updates
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Track market trends and report performance
Requirements:
• Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Basic sales and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is a plus
