Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
