Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients for:
- Sale Deed
- Gift Deed
- Conveyance Deed
- Agreement to Sell
- Leave & License
- Society-related legal services
Explain legal services and documentation process in simple language
Handle inbound client queries politely and professionally
Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments
Maintain call records, leads, and follow-up data
Coordinate with legal team / deed agents
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

🎯 Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English basic preferred)
Confident on phone, polite and convincing
Basic knowledge of property documents / legal services (training can be provided)
Ability to handle client objections
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp)
Prior experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Real Estate Calling preferred

🎓 Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass
Law / real estate background not mandatory
