Tele calling

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for:

  • Sale Deed

  • Gift Deed

  • Conveyance Deed

  • Agreement to Sell

  • Leave & License

  • Society-related legal services

• Explain legal services and documentation process in simple language

• Handle inbound client queries politely and professionally

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments

• Maintain call records, leads, and follow-up data

• Coordinate with legal team / deed agents

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

🎯 Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English basic preferred)

• Confident on phone, polite and convincing

• Basic knowledge of property documents / legal services (training can be provided)

• Ability to handle client objections

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / WhatsApp)

• Prior experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Real Estate Calling preferred

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass

• Law / real estate background not mandatory
