We are looking for a Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be among our first Key Account Associates
You will work with our Dealer Vertical Manager to identify challenges faced by used car
dealers in the market to improve their title transfer outcomes. Ultimately, you will help
increase the overall performance from dealers and ensure they have the support and steering to achieve their MoM & YoY goals.
Manage existing dealer relationships (phone/in-person) and drive client retention
Expand accounts by proposing solutions that meet dealer objectives and generate new sales
Resolve issues, handle complaints and escalations through internal stakeholders
Track work in process, complaints, receivables; identify opportunities and problem areas
Drive sales targets, prepare reports and forecasts, ensure timely service delivery
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of Key Account Management experience. Freshers are not preferred.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Handles rejection well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with
professionals of all organisational levels.
Affinity towards data driven decision making.
Strong grasp on Microsoft Office.
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Have strong verbal communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish
