Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new potential customers through cold calling, networking, and research.
Sales Execution: Presenting, demonstrating, and selling products/services to new and existing customers.
Relationship Management:
Building, maintaining, and fostering positive, long-term relationships with clients
.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and meet monthly/annual targets.
Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer customer queries effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Education: A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
