Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to manage business development, client relationships, manpower deployment, and facility management operations in the Baddi Industrial Area, Himachal Pradesh.The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new industrial clients, managing existing accounts, achieving manpower deployment targets, and ensuring smooth delivery of manpower and facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing and industrial companies in Baddi, Nalagarh, Barotiwala and nearby industrial areas.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into manpower and facility management contracts.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and service presentations.

• Negotiate service charges, manpower rates, margins and commercial terms with clients.

• Plan and coordinate manpower recruitment, deployment and replacement as per client requirements.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely availability of candidates.

• Monitor joining, attendance, absenteeism, attrition and replacement requirements.

• Monitor service quality and compliance with client SOPs.

• Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective actions wherever required.

• Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives for day-to-day operational issues.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
