Job Responsibilities:
• Operate machines and perform production activities as per company standards.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during operations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and report any machine or operational issues.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the work area.
Working Hours & Breaks:
• Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day
• Lunch Break: 30 Minutes
• Tea Breaks: 15 Minutes each (2 times per day)
Facilities & Benefits:
• Canteen Facility: Available at INR 40 per meal
• Tea: Free, two times per day
• Snacks: Free, one time per day
• Yearly Bonus: 8.5% of Gross Salary, payable during Diwali
