Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive to drive sales of Trakky’s technology solutions and onboard salon partners onto our digital platform. This is an in-office role designed for candidates who have strong sales skills, a good understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage potential salon partners for Trakky’s IT-enabled services.

• Pitch and demonstrate Trakky’s platform features, benefits, and digital tools to salon owners.

• Convert leads into paying partners through effective communication, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration of salons onto the platform.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Build long-term relationships with salon partners by providing guidance and post-onboarding support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi/Gujarati (English proficiency is a plus).

• Proven track record of IT sales / SaaS sales / software product sales preferred.

• Good understanding of digital platforms, SaaS tools, or IT solutions.

• Comfortable with demos, client meetings, and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Professional, friendly, and persistent approach toward client acquisition.

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies as per business requirements)

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on skills and experience)
