Job Title: Life Insurance Sales Executive

Location: Delhi – Kalkaji
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (Insurance Sales)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Life Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at the Kalkaji (Delhi) location. The candidate will be responsible for selling life insurance products, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life insurance policies to new and existing customers

• Generate leads through field work, referrals, and cold calling

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain client records and follow up for renewals

• Explain policy features, benefits, and documentation clearly

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in insurance sales (Life/Health preferred)

• Graduate or 12th pass (as per company policy)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable with field sales

Skills Required:

• Sales & negotiation skills

• Customer handling

• Lead conversion

• Basic knowledge of life insurance products
