Role Overview

We are looking for a polite and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive who will connect with customers post-purchase to understand their satisfaction with the product and encourage happy customers to share their experience through reviews on marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers after product delivery to understand their satisfaction level.

• Gather feedback on product quality, packaging, and overall experience.

• Politely request satisfied customers to share honest reviews on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).

• Identify dissatisfied customers and escalate issues to the relevant team for resolution.

• Ensure all interactions are conducted professionally and without pressuring customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, review requests, and responses.

• Share insights and recurring feedback with internal teams to improve product and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English (regional language proficiency is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Polite, patient, and empathetic approach towards customers.

• Ability to build quick rapport and handle conversations confidently.

• Freshers are welcome; prior e-commerce or customer interaction experience is a plus.

• Basic understanding of online marketplaces and customer reviews is preferred.

• Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
