Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans
Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and domestic clients
Lead and mentor the business development team
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
Achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Strong knowledge of online bidding and lead generation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to close high-value deals
Experience in team handling and performance management
Target-driven with strong strategic thinking
