Your Role as a Sr. Business Development Executive:
As a Sr. Business Development Executive you will:
1. Lead Sales Efforts:
○ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
○ Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives.
2. Build Client Relationships:
○ Identify and connect with potential clients.
○ Nurture and maintain relationships to ensure long-term success.
3. Team Leadership:
○ Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
○ Track performance and ensure consistent team growth.
4. Market Analysis:
○ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
○ Provide insights to optimize the sales process.
5. Report and Present:
○ Create sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.
Eligibility:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in EdTech Sales
● Experience in sales of Product Management.
● Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
