About the Role
​We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our dynamic BPO team as Sales Executives for our specialized Hindi process. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates alike to kickstart their career in the high-growth BPO sector with a leading company.
​Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and successfully sell our products/services.
​Key Responsibilities
​📞 Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers provided in the company database.
​🤝 Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations about the product/service fluently in Hindi.
​🎯 Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
​📝 Customer Relationship: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
​📊 Reporting: Accurately update customer details, sales activity, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
​Desired Candidate Profile
​Educational Qualification: Must be a minimum of HSC (12th Pass) or possess equivalent certification.
​Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Excellent spoken Hindi is a must, with a clear and neutral accent. Basic working knowledge of English is a plus.
​Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening skills, and a positive, never-give-up attitude.
​Experience: Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated freshers.
​Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to shift timings (rotational shifts may apply).
