Maintenance & Repair: Diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing brakes, gears, chains, wheels, and headsets.
Assembly: Assembling new bicycles from the box to brand specifications.
Customer Service:
Discussing mechanical issues with customers, providing repair quotes, and recommending upgrades

Safety & Quality Control: Test-riding bikes to ensure proper functioning.
Inventory & Shop Maintenance: Ordering parts, maintaining stock records, and keeping a clean work area.
Specialised Tasks: Wheel building, hydraulic brake bleeding, and troubleshooting electronic shifting systems
