Gold Loan Manager

Position : Gold Loan Manager / Senior Gold Loan Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience : Min 1 year into Gold loan

CTC Range: As per market standards + Incentive + PF and ESI

Responsibilities:

Sourcing/Acquisition of Gold loan Customers at Customer Doorsteps

Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads

Appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers doorstep

Travel within assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process.

Generating leads through existing Customers/databases.

Responsible for Productivity and Revenue Generation

Mandatory requirement- Two wheeler, local candidate and knows Gold Appraising

What we're looking for:

1. Graduate with Min of 1-year Gold Valuation/Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.

2. Good Sales Skill

3. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory/cluster

4. Must be willing to meet customers at doorstep & provide door to door services to customers.
