Salary : upto 9lpa

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for Interior Fitout Projects to expand our presence in the Bangalore market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and secure new business opportunities for commercial and healthcare interior fitout projects in BangaloreDevelop strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project management firmsHandle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing of dealsIdentify market trends and upcoming projects in the Bangalore regionAchieve business targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development within the interior fitout / construction industryProven track record in getting projects directly from clientsStrong convincing, negotiation, and communication skillsGood knowledge of the Bangalore commercial & healthcare interior marketSelf-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused
