About Malgopay
Malgopay is a fast-growing fintech platform focused on large-scale Privilege User onboarding through a structured Channel Partner model. The company is building a strong distribution ecosystem driven entirely through virtual execution.
This role is strictly office-based with virtual sales execution. No physical meetings.
Role Objective
To virtually identify, qualify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners through calls and online meetings.
Channel Partners will independently hire and lead 10–20 Sales Executives and drive Privilege User onboarding in their assigned territories.
All conversions are done via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom/Google Meet.
Key Responsibilities
1. Virtual Lead Conversion
Call inbound Channel Partner leads generated by marketing
Conduct structured qualification calls
Schedule and present the business opportunity via Zoom/Google Meet
Evaluate leadership mindset, team-building capability, execution seriousness, and financial readiness
2. Remote Channel Partner Onboarding
Explain the business model, revenue logic, roles and responsibilities
Clearly communicate hiring expectations (10–20 Sales Executives)
Digitally close and onboard partners
Coordinate payment and documentation with the backend team
3. Virtual Partner Enablement
Guide partners on hiring Sales Executives
Support them in conducting virtual interviews
Provide basic training structure
Share scripts, presentations, and SOPs
4. Performance Monitoring
Track partner hiring progress
Monitor daily activity and Privilege User onboarding numbers
Conduct weekly virtual review meetings
Identify execution gaps and ensure corrective actions
5. Partner Leadership and Motivation
Daily follow-up with partners
Troubleshoot execution gaps
Drive accountability and performance culture
6. Reporting
Maintain CRM or Google Sheets
Submit daily and weekly reports
Ensure structured funnel tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
4–10 years in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales Leadership, Channel Sales, Franchise Sales, or Distribution Sales.
Experience selling high-ticket business opportunities is an added advantage.
