Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to become a Franchise Owner of George Kids and lead a center focused on quality education, innovation, and child-centered growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the franchise center

• Ensure high standards of early childhood education and care

• Implement brand guidelines, curriculum, and teaching methodology

• Supervise teachers and support staff

• Handle parent communication and student engagement

• Drive local marketing and admissions activities

• Maintain records, reports, and compliance requirements

• Organize events, workshops, and child development activities

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and center management ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of preschool/early education operations

• Ability to handle parents and children with care and professionalism

• Basic knowledge of admissions and local promotions

Qualification:

• Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in education, preschool management, or center operations is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
