Cluster Operations & Onboarding Associate

• Identify and propose new zones by analyzing apartment clusters and flat density, and set suitable service coverage areas

• Manage 5 to 6 zones within a cluster, each consisting of 5 to 6 helpers

• Hire and onboard helpers by clearly explaining how Yufy works and the benefits of joining

• Conduct background verification and complete KYC documentation for every onboarded helper

• Train helpers on service standards, app usage, and customer interaction; provide them with official Yufy T-Shirts

• Carry out offline marketing activities in the assigned zones to drive user engagement and build visibility

• Maintain an effective supply-demand balance in each zone to ensure smooth operations

• Track helper availability and ensure they are punctual, active, and responsive, especially during the first 10 days to ensure a strong start and to support smooth operations
