Market Study and expansion of market overseas· Travelling to visit potential clients, establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers· Managing and interpreting customer requirements · Coordinate for technical pre-sales activities, Transfer product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.· Product presentation/demonstration· Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers· Provide any technical input needed for proposals· Participating in tender, negotiating tender and contract terms, Negotiating, and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions· Self-learning and team learning on new products.· Participate in CME and Conferences to build product knowledge and build awareness amongst clinical fraternity Work closely with other disciplines like Modality Specialists, Project Management, Supply Chain, Project & Customer Service to give comprehensive solution to the customer.
