Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Listing Executive to join our team. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth through effective online marketplace management. You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.).

• Acquire new clients and explore business opportunities in online and offline channels.

• Identify and convert potential leads into long-term business relationships.

• Pitch products/services effectively to clients and marketplaces.

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO-friendly keywords.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Resolve customer queries and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing/Computer Science preferred).

• Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and digital marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in e-commerce listing or sales is an added advantage.
