Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients for Saree, Kurti, Shirt, T-Shirt and other garment fabrics.
Handle B2B and retail customers by understanding their fabric requirements.
Showcase fabric collections, explain quality, GSM, weaving, dyeing, print and finishing details.
Maintain strong product knowledge of cotton, rayon, silk, chiffon, georgette, denim, hosiery, knit fabrics, etc.
Prepare quotations, pricing and negotiate deals to close sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, boutiques, wholesalers and manufacturers.
Follow up on orders, sample approvals, and ensure timely dispatch.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
Collect customer feedback and update the team about market trends, competitor prices and new fabric requirements.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.
