About the Role
Fabric N Fabric is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling women’s western wear across India. This role is for someone who is already active in the market, understands multi-city wholesale and retail dynamics, and is comfortable being on the road most of the month to build and convert strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and grow an active customer base across India for women’s western wear, including tops, shirts, and corsets
Travel extensively across assigned regions to meet existing and potential clients
Convert leads into regular buyers through in-person meetings and follow-ups
Build long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent market visits
Share regular market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer preferences
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of current, relevant experience in field sales of women’s garments
Proven experience handling clients across multiple Indian states
Strong exposure to regular market visits and on-ground sales conversions
Willingness to travel 18–20 days per month across India
Ability to independently generate sales and close deals

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of women’s western wear market
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
