Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls for quality standards.
Identify gaps in communication, process adherence, and customer handling.
Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement.
Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and trend analysis.
Ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and customer experience guidelines.
Recommend improvements to enhance call quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience in call quality/voice process QA.
Strong analytical & listening skills.
Good knowledge of QA forms, scoring, and call audit methods.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
