- Have 3–5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or key account management
- Have prior exposure to Staffing, Recruitment, or EdTech ecosystem preferred
- Can identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, skilling, or service solutions
- Are comfortable engaging with corporates, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Can support business expansion through relationship building and market penetration
- Understand market trends and competitor insights to strengthen positioning and growth strategy
