Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

• Explain and pitch UrsTech Solution’s services to prospects effectively.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain strong follow-up for lead conversion and client engagement.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic documentation as required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the company.

• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to confidently handle client conversations and negotiations.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead generation, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
