Role Overview
This role is designed to drive top-line growth by sourcing high-intent prospects, initiating outreach, conducting preliminary meetings, and qualifying opportunities for our commercial content division. The individual will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless handover to the founder for closing.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients across real estate, architecture, construction, and corporate sectors
• Generate a structured lead pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
• Conduct the first-level discovery call to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Present the company’s services including 3D walkthroughs, masterplan animations, sample flat shoots, aerial mapping, and commercial content solutions
• Coordinate meeting setups, follow-ups, and documentation
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide weekly funnel visibility
• Collaborate with creative and production teams for proposal alignment
• Ensure a frictionless client experience during early-stage interactions
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (media/real estate preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to understand creative service portfolios and translate them into client value
• Ownership mindset with strong follow-through
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, email communication, and basic CRM tools
Compensation
Salary +
• Incentives based on qualified meetings and closures (50L quarterly target )
