We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Government Business with strong exposure to Government procurement and healthcare tenders.
Handle end-to-end Government sales and tendering processes
Develop and manage relationships with Government departments and officials
Coordinate meetings with senior Government officers, including IAS-level officials
Identify, pursue, and close Government orders and contracts
Track tenders on GeM and other Government portals
Coordinate internally for documentation, compliance, and execution of orders
andidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Government sales, preferably in the healthcare/medical sector
Strong understanding of Government procurement systems (GeM, tenders, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to work independently and travel as required
Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, health equipment, or public health programs
Prior interaction with Government departments such as Health, WCD, NHM, or similar
