Job Description

Restly is seeking an ambitious and articulate Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales from our HSR Layout base. This is a front-line role responsible for forging and nurturing relationships with Bengaluru's top architects, interior designers, builders, and commercial project firms. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, leveraging our local manufacturing and experience center.Key Role & ResponsibilitiesRelationship Building & Outreach:Strategic Lead Generation: Identify, target, and establish first-level contact with key decision-makers across the residential (villas, apartments) and commercial (pubs, hotels, lounges) segments.Alliance Management: Regularly meet with architects, interior designers, and project managers to present Restly's manufacturing capabilities and customized product range.Sales Pipeline Management:Qualify leads and create a robust sales pipeline by understanding client project requirements (volume, timeline, design).Prepare and present compelling product proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.Experience Center Engagement:Crucially, drive prospects, clients, and partners to our manufacturing unit and experience center in Bengaluru to showcase our quality, scale, and custom capabilities.Conduct engaging product demonstrations and unit tours.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project announcements in Bengaluru to identify future opportunities.Required Skills & ProfileGender: Male (as requested by the user).Communication: Exceptional verbal and presentation skills; must be confident and articulate when discussing high-end, custom furniture manufacturing.Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the building materials, interior design, furniture, or construction industry.Mindset: Highly motivated, results-driven, and client-centric with a strong ability to close deals.
