We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – Gold Loan to lead, monitor, and drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance, strengthening bank relationships, and delivering consistent performance in line with organizational goals.
Team Management & HR Functions
Recommend, hire, and monitor manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth completion of joining and exit formalities.
Manage self and team attendance, leave records, and discipline.
Evaluate performance of assigned employees.
Issue 1st & 2nd PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to non-performers.
Business & Operations
Allocate and monitor team targets to achieve desired business outcomes.
Conduct surprise field visits to check policy adherence and compliance.
Hire and manage field agents to strengthen sales activities.
Prepare and validate payout sheets.
Reporting & Tracking
Submit daily business reports for assigned territories to supervisors.
Maintain logs of team business reports to identify and manage performance gaps.
Track LMS entries and ensure timely updates.
Monitor BT (Balance Transfer) requests, recommend approvals, and reconcile with accounts.
Maintain BT tracker and ensure proper analysis and reporting.
Business Development & Profitability
Liaise with bank sales teams to drive business partnerships.
Ensure P&L (Profit & Loss) management of assigned region.
Analyze business trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective measures.
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in Gold Loan Sales/Finance Industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, monitoring, and team-handling skills.
Knowledge of P&L management, LMS tracking, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
